1. Informational purpose only
Everything published here is general information and editorial opinion about Georgia gambling law and about sportsbooks licensed outside the United States. Nothing on this site is legal advice, tax advice, financial advice or a recommendation that you bet. 2. Georgia legal position
We state plainly, and repeat here, that Georgia licenses no sportsbook, that O.C.G.A. 16-12-21 makes placing a bet a misdemeanour carrying up to 12 months and a fine of up to $1,000, and that no operator listed on this site is licensed, approved or supervised by any Georgia authority. Nothing on this site should be read as advising you to place a bet or as suggesting that doing so is lawful in Georgia. The absence of reported prosecutions of individual bettors is reported as an observation about enforcement and is not a legal defence.
3. Affiliate disclosure

4. No warranty on figures
Match percentages, ceilings, turnover multiples, minimum deposits, bonus codes and excluded-state lists are recorded from operator and partner sources on the dates shown beside them on the page, and the current source rows date from 25 February 2026. They can change at any time without notice to us. We do not warrant that any figure is current at the moment you read it, and the operator's own current terms always govern. Where a figure is not published by the operator we say so rather than estimating it, and one brand on our lineup carries no figure at all for that reason. One bonus code is deliberately withheld pending vetting, which we state on the page rather than presenting as an absence.
5. No odds, prices or payout times
This site publishes no odds, no futures prices and no withdrawal processing times for any operator. We hold no dated odds feed and no timed withdrawal, and we do not estimate either. Any such figure you find attributed to this site did not come from us.
6. Legislative material
Bill numbers, vote counts, procedural dates and statute citations are recorded from primary sources or from named outlets with the date attached. Legislation moves, published accounts sometimes conflict, and where they do we attribute rather than resolve. Nothing on this site forecasts the outcome of any future legislative session; where a forecast appears it belongs to a named third party and is attributed to them.
7. Third-party operators
We do not own, operate, control or represent any gambling operator mentioned on this site. We are not a party to any contract between you and an operator, we hold no funds, and we cannot access, adjust or release any account or balance. Disputes about an account, a bonus, a verification request or a withdrawal are between you and that operator, then its licensing body abroad. There is no Georgia regulator either of us can appeal to.
8. Licensing status of operators
Operators covered here are licensed outside the United States. They are not licensed, approved or supervised by any Georgia authority or any other United States state gaming regulator, and nothing on this site should be read as implying that they are. We do not state which licence a specific brand holds, because we have not verified those licences against the issuing regulators' own registers.
9. Age restriction and responsible gambling
This site is intended only for adults aged 21 or over in jurisdictions where accessing the content is lawful. Content is void where prohibited.
