Editorial contact
One address, read by the people who write the pages: editorial@atlantahelicoptertours.com. Include the page URL and the operator name or the bill number and you will get a faster answer.
What to write to us about
- A figure that is wrong or out of date. This is the most useful message we get. Match percentages, ceilings, turnover multiples, minimum deposits and excluded-state lists all move, and we would rather re-date a row than leave a stale one up.
- A state list that does not match what an operator told you. If an operator accepted or refused a Georgia sign-up and our table says otherwise, we want to know, with the date.
- A bonus code we are withholding. One brand's code is held back on this site because we could not vet it. If you have the operator's own confirmation of which code applies, send it.
- A legislative correction. A vote count, a bill number, a committee stage or a date. Cite the source and we will check it against the primary record. This is the material we most want challenged.
- Corrections to an author page or a rating. Including from operators, who are welcome to dispute a rating on the published criteria.
What we cannot help with
- Account problems at an operator. We are not an operator, we hold no accounts on your behalf, and we cannot see your balance, your bonus or your verification status. Nor can we escalate for you: none of these operators is licensed in Georgia, so there is no Georgia regulator either of us can appeal to. The ladder that does exist starts with the operator's own complaints contact and ends with its licensing body abroad.
- Legal advice. We describe what O.C.G.A. 16-12-21 says and what penalty it carries. What that means for your situation is a question for a Georgia attorney, and we are not one.
- Tax advice. We state the general principle that United States gambling winnings are federally taxable regardless of where an operator is licensed, and we stop there. No rates, no thresholds, no filing guidance.
- Requests to remove an operator from a ranking, or to add one, on commercial grounds.
- Anything from anyone under 21. This site is not for you.
If betting has stopped being entertainment
Do not write to us first. Our responsible gambling page lists the account controls, the self-exclusion routes and the free confidential helplines, including the Georgia-specific contact, and the national numbers are in the footer of every page on this site.
