Last updated 3 August 2026. This policy explains what we collect when you use this site and what happens to it.
What we collect
- Nothing that identifies you, by default. You can read every page on this site without giving us any personal information. There is no account, no login and no newsletter sign-up.
- Standard server and analytics data: pages requested, referring URL, approximate location derived from IP address, device type, browser and timestamps. We use this in aggregate to see which pages are read and where the site breaks.
- What you send us. If you email us, we hold that email and your address in order to reply.
Cookies and similar technologies
- Necessary cookies for the site to function and to remember preferences.
- Analytics cookies to count visits and measure which pages are useful.
- Affiliate tracking. When you follow a commercial link to an operator, that operator's affiliate network records the click, typically through a redirect and a cookie or a tracking parameter in the URL, so any account you open can be attributed to this site. That tracking belongs to the network and the operator rather than to us, and it is governed by their privacy policies.
You can clear or block cookies in your browser at any time. Blocking analytics and affiliate cookies does not restrict any content here.
A note specific to this site
Given what this site covers, it is worth saying plainly: we do not know, ask or record whether you placed a bet, where you were when you read a page, or which operator you opened an account with. The approximate location in our analytics comes from an IP address in aggregate reporting and is not linked to a person, and we neither receive nor want any operator's account data about a reader.
What we do not do
We do not sell personal data. We do not build advertising profiles. We do not knowingly collect any data from anyone under 21, and if you believe a minor has contacted us, write to us and we will delete the record.
Who processes data for us
Hosting, content delivery, analytics and email providers process data on our behalf under their own terms. Affiliate networks act as independent controllers for the click data described above.
How long we keep it
Aggregate analytics are retained in aggregate form. Email correspondence is kept while it is operationally useful and then deleted. Server logs are retained for a short operational period.
Your rights
Depending on where you live you may have the right to ask what we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to processing, or to receive a copy. Write to editorial@atlantahelicoptertours.com and we will action it.
